Greeva Basti

How a course works
The doctor chooses the therapy, the oil and the number of sessions after your consultation. Many courses run for 3 to 7 sessions on consecutive or alternate days, with diet and routine advice alongside. Your progress is reviewed before the course is extended.
Cost
Traditional therapies start at ₹ TBC per session. The doctor gives you the course cost before you begin.
Questions people ask
Is Shirodhara relaxing?
Most people find the steady warm stream deeply calming, and many fall asleep. It is usually followed by a short rest.
Does Kati Basti hurt?
No. The oil is warm, not hot, and the therapist checks the temperature throughout. Tell them at once if it feels too warm.
How soon will I feel a difference?
It varies from person to person. The doctor reviews how you are after the first few sessions and adjusts the plan.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. These therapies are prescribed, so every course starts with a doctor's consultation.
